The Diva Masterclasses are back!
In 2007, TRANSPORT GROUP inaugurated its first series of musical theatre masterclasses taught by some of Broadway’s greatest divas.
Now in 2008, The Diva Masterclasses are back with two different sessions. Session A will meet for four consecutive Mondays beginning June 30 and Session B will meet for four consecutive Tuesdays beginning July 1. Participants have the option of enrolling in one session or both. Each class meets for 3 hours every week from 6 - 9 p.m. for four weeks. The intimate class of 8 - 10 maximum participants will learn from a different Broadway diva each week covering song interpretation, ballads, uptempos, audition material, comic songs, and many other topics including career guidance.
All classes will take place at The SITI Company located at 520 Eighth Avenue, between 36th and 37th streets, third floor/room 310. The cost per student is $450.00 for one session or $750 for both sessions.
